Josh Cutler: Founder & Director

    Josh has served as a coach, trainer, and recruiter for over 15 years, but his true calling is using basketball as a tool to share the Gospel. As the founder of Rise Up Hoops Ministries, he is passionate about mentoring youth, building Christ-centered character, and creating opportunities for the community to encounter God's love through the game.

Noah Cutler: Player Development & Youth Leader

    Noah uses his gifts on the court to inspire and connect with youth. His desire is to show players that their identity is found not only in their talent, but in Christ. Through teaching, encouragement, and leadership, Noah helps young athletes grow both in skill and in faith. 

Traci Cutler: Administration & Outreach

    Traci serves as the heart behind the scenes, helping organize events, outreach, and family engagement for Rise Up Hoops. With a passion for serving others and building community, she works to ensure every child and family feels welcomed and supported.
